Cuz you're Barack Obama, You've come to save the day!
So just snap your fingers, and fix the USA!
This is fairly relevant. But it was definitely much more so in 2009 when people actually expected Obama to do and fix stuff with ease and gave him a mandate they believed was was strong enough to let him do that. (But of course, not enough to stop the filibuster and blue dogs which people were seemingly hopelessly unaware of.)
Also, "I alone can fix it."
The phone with a keyboard despite the iPhone being 2 years old at the time this was made is a nice reminder that technologies don't become outdated as quickly as they should /s in days, but years.
He passed a major stimulus for the bourgeois!
Then said he'd half the deficit, he, he, ha, ha!
If you look it up, he actually followed through on that. But then again, Keynesianism makes this a rather easy promise to make.
I didn't really like the climate joke. I guess they didn't have the tech that was needed to fix the situation. Maybe we still don't.
