I'm not familiar with racism issues with Native Americans but this sounds more like school shooter paranoia over their style of clothing (black hoodie, death metal shirts) and maybe behavior ("angry loner" stereotypes) than race. It's unsettling to see police getting involved over, quite literally, nothing but isn't it better to stay precise with what the issue is, here? You can listen to the 911 call here. At one point she says "I'm probably completely paranoid, with everything that happened,...". That's IMO the real story. Parents are now scared of boys wearing black hoodies.
