I think the judge sees no need to delay because she views it as a non-issue. Mueller's team obviously did what they were supposed to do to deliver service and the defendants showed up to argue.
Also a good alternate headline: "Russian Troll Farm represented by a lawyer who used the word 'pettifoggery.'"
