    lesson learned, i'm sure. no doubt the parish is going to enthralled by the possibility of having to possibly re-litigate seven years worth of convictions (and possibly see a large number of them...

    lesson learned, i'm sure. no doubt the parish is going to enthralled by the possibility of having to possibly re-litigate seven years worth of convictions (and possibly see a large number of them overturned on this technicality) because nobody checked to see if what they use to serve jury duty notices was actually working as it should in that time.

      I'm astonished, too. But at the same time I wonder how you'd design the software tests to look for "types of jurors selected." How long would it take me to realize that the data set didn't include...

      I'm astonished, too. But at the same time I wonder how you'd design the software tests to look for "types of jurors selected." How long would it take me to realize that the data set didn't include young people (or any other category)?
