I don’t think there’s any tin foil hat needed, that’s exactly what the site is being used for. However, it looks simple enough to have lots of false data fed to it.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was started as a spur of the moment thing by Trump. Angry over losing Twitter followers and convinced conservatives are being censored, he demanded a tool his cultists can use to report such censorship. His henchen had to slap it together quickly, on a shoestring budget and without the necessary technical expertise. This is the result.
