    Anyway, this reasoning surprised me. I thought their big issue would have been something to do with disturbing some kind of fragile ecosystem within the wreckage. Who cares about some bones from literally over a hundred years ago?

      I can imagine "the descendents" is the simple answer to your question, but the NOAA opposition is baked into the judgment, it's not extant like the article title might imply.
