Nope. But due to persistent heartburn and stomach pain, I tried a (partially) chicken juk diet and lost 20 pounds. It was both entirely explainable due to eating less and kind of weird how easy it was; I wasn't trying to lose weight, just avoiding food I wasn't sure my stomach could handle. (And I was somewhat suspicious of most foods.)
Generally speaking, I've mostly had success losing weight when I'm sick for some reason and stop eating normal meals - such as a BRAT diet after having the flu. I sort of did that this time; I stopped eating spicy foods and having seconds, and went to eating chicken juk for snacks because I found that it settles my stomach.
