I have so many questions and arm-chair technologist problems with this... but I will certainly be watching.

I'm very excited to see what they have to show. I don't expect anything extraordinarily groundbreaking this early into the project, but hopefully we'll see something better than what we have now.
Keep in mind that a lot of these technological advancements are not aimed at the average consumer, but could greatly benefit people with disabilities
This is the most exciting aspect in the short-term, for sure! But Musk's long-term goal is to allow us meat bags to compete with AI's to some extent. The thinking being that it is mostly our i/o that slows us down.
I am a cybernetiphile... I would love consumer grade cybernetics, and this is certainly a step toward that dream.
