It's specifically about the current deluge of "London bad" content, but the general message applies in a much wider context.
I do highly recommend checking out his video on Kratom. His content is indeed mostly pretty lightweight but interesting stuff, but that video in particular was very well-made.

Ooof, that was a rough watch. Poor guy, glad he's doing better now. It was a well made video though.
