Is the EU intentionally kicking the can down there road here or is Trump impatient? Or maybe both things are true.
Also, as an observation, we're less than halfway into this term and Trump making wild tarrif threats isnt the headline. It feels like he's becoming less and less relevant every day and we (non Americans) care less and less about what fit he's currently throwing.
