I just came across this video and found it interesting. The things he's saying I find myself agreeing with, I was entertained by the presentation and the style of it.
My issue is that while he's complaining about how little use a lot of complaints are from (usually) the radical left, he is also just complaining and offering no ways to actually improve the situation he's against.
I posted this hoping to find what peoples views are on this topic, see if my view that these complaints are justified can be changed, and if not, what are some ways this can be counteracted when I see it.

I don't video in general are a good medium for these discussions, it lends itself too much to spectacle over substance.
