    There was a recent /r/AskScience question that asked about this topic. The top answer links to this article, but provides additional context.

    Personally I think that it makes more sense to say that the sun is white than blue-green. Regardless of the specific spectrographic emissions, it's saturated enough that our eyes would interpret it as white.
