Fascinating. I particularly like that the author of the article repeatedly reminds the reader that we're observing the changes in a single human. That this single human didn't change just one thing about their life, but many. While I found it mildly annoying and an obvious duh, I think it's good journalism, especially when contrasted against the plethora of science articles out there which overreach by a large margin or do not properly interpret results.
I think this opens up a lot of questions. I'm particularly fascinated by the increase in telomere length and wonder what could have caused that.
