Hana Goda is a rising Egyptian talent, currently the number-one ranked female player in Africa and already a three-time champion of the continent. Her opponent, Miwa Harimoto, is the number-one seed of the tournament, currently ranked 7th in the world. Her case is even more interesting in that she's ethnically Chinese but represents Japan, and is following in the footsteps of her older brother Tomokazu, an even more accomplished prodigy (so far).
