I love these long-form Chart Party team histories. I watched the final chapter of this series last night even though I knew it was going to be painful as a Pats/Brady hater. They did a great job capturing the hopeless feeling of being a tortured sports fan in the midst of a devastating loss. The Harambe jersey, blaming the shoes, holding on to hope long after you should have known it was over - I have been all of those people at various points. It was beautiful and gut-wrenching all at once, like a heartbreak song that perfectly describes a painful experience you once had. I haven't come across anything like that since pre-dynasty Bill Simmons columns. Jon Bois is brilliant, I can't wait to see what they have in store next.
