For a company that generates billions and is entirely based on the posts submitted by users as its primary function (ads are technically primary for revenue but nobody is logging in to check ads), they should be responsible for spending a significant part of it to moderation that is done responsibly instead of cutting costs and outsourcing it to low-income countries where this might be one of the few jobs they can do that pay kind of well but nowhere near enough for the damage they cause.
