    I feel the need to point out the difference between this and the Private Internet access story posted yesterday, where they actually did not log and could not give the victims IP address.

        If they had logs but did not give them the logs when required, that would be a crime. I think it is reasonable to assume that they will not commit unnecessary crimes when they can stay legal by...

        I'd assume DHS has the means to seize the servers and check for logs themselves.
