    Looks like the governments want to retain control over media outlets and be able to deny/punish bloggers they don't like. There's also likely some bribery/nepotism going on with the traditional TV...

    Looks like the governments want to retain control over media outlets and be able to deny/punish bloggers they don't like. There's also likely some bribery/nepotism going on with the traditional TV stations who fear losing their audience.
