I hate the smart TV trend, it's next to impossible to find a non-smart TV these days. Everything these "smart" TVs do, you can usually do it better with an Apple TV or Chromecast, and a lot more securely.
The least Samsung could do is automatically scan for viruses in the background and keep their systems secure if they actually cared about preventing their TVs from getting roped into a botnet.
