In the Inspector, editing CSS is no longer blocked by CSP rules.
This will be useful for Tildes—I use a very strict CSP on Tildes that previously prevented CSS changes in the inspector from working on the live site. This was a little annoying if I wanted to test out some CSS tweaks, so it'll be nice to have that restriction removed.
