    Very descriptive and accurate. Until this article I had no idea that charter pilots are often less qualified than the bigger commercial airline pilots. I assumed that flying charter jets meant...

    This lack of accountability at multiple levels allowed the accident pilots’ personality and skill deficiencies to metastasize undetected, like mold in the bottom of a coffee cup, growing in unexpected and colorful directions.

    Very descriptive and accurate. Until this article I had no idea that charter pilots are often less qualified than the bigger commercial airline pilots. I assumed that flying charter jets meant that only the best would be hired for the 'glamorous' job. Not so much. Given pilot Ramsey's f-bomb in every sentence, I would expect him to be driving a dump truck not a LearJet.
