TV Tuesdays Free Talk

Yesterday marked the finale of Dropout's Battle Royale, a four part show that was their take on Survivor. I laughed, I cried, it was better than Cats. The finale had a wonderful juxtaposition of tasks - the first one was sexual and filthy, the second was wholesome and sweet, and they were both really great, which I think is a testament to how funny the people on the show were. There was a really touching moment in the second part - the "game" was that you had two minutes to charm the host's mom, and his actual mom came on the show - where one of the contestants just told the mom about how much he appreciated and cared for her son, and it was really heartfelt. This was just 15 minutes after an erotic pottery contest.
It was a great series, I appreciated how the winner played. I liked this more than any season of Survivor I ever watched.
