TV Tuesdays Free Talk
Have you watched any TV shows recently you want to discuss? Any shows you want to recommend or are hyped about? Feel free to discuss anything here.
Please just try to provide fair warning of spoilers if you can.
Probably way behind everybody else, but I just finished Ripley. Andrew Scott is just so disturbing on screen, great casting. I'm not sure the black and white was necessary or even a great choice because it looked less like a classic black and white film and more like extremely sharp digital that was de-colored in post.
Locations were stunning and I think the story was well written and acted. Different enough from the Matt Damon/Jude Law/Gwyneth Paltrow movie to enjoy both. Special shout out to the dude who played Inspector Ravini: he was perfect.
It was billed as a limited series, but I'm guessing they could do another one if enough people watched it.
