According to Wikipedia, this series is primarily based on the fifth book (The Devil's Star), and it's probably a wise choice to choose a different book than the disastrous 2017 adaptation of The Snowman, even though that's generally considered the best of the Harry Hole novels. At some point, I'd like to see an adaptation of the first book, set in Australia, or the second book, set in Thailand.
Ah, I kept seeing the title and assuming that the character was "Jo Nesbo" and he had a "detective hole" (some kind of hideout??). Maybe I should actually watch the video... I've got some family...

I've got some family members who've been enjoying some of the other Netflix mystery/detective shows (specifically the various Harlan Coben adaptations), they might be interested too.
