They knew of the rape, probably already when it happened, and did nothing to prevent or interrupt it (well, they interrupted it a few minutes later, which is kinda a long time to watch someone get raped)
They did nothing after the rape, didn't call the authorities
They forced the contestant to watch her own rape, which leads me to also believe they fully knew that it was not consensual.
