Kinda stinks, and if felt like the show could go on for a bit as the nexus to the Disney Afternooniverse it was building, but if it had to go, it went out on top.

Yeah, but isn’t 67 episodes kind of a lot for a children’s cartoon?

Back in the day, kids shows could last a while, but currently 60ish is about the life span, as Disney has contracts that after Season 3, the cast can renegotiate their contracts and can become a lot more expensive. Ducktales felt like it a lot of heat and spectacle on it, so it feet like it could have at least gotten to syndication, if not spun off to hell with Darkwing Duck, Tale Spin, et al. But I'm not a corporate executive producer, so what do I know?

I just hope the people in charge of this series don't start working on Darkwing Duck or something now.
