Introduction
Hi all! For everyone new to Tildes (welcome!), we usually run a community game giveaway thread during the major Steam sales. Feel free to make giveaways of your own (using whatever rules you want), or participate in others' giveaways. If you'd like to see some previous examples, check out our most recent Holiday 2022 one or use the tildes game giveaway
tag to look through previous posts.
Before you participate, please make sure you read the rules below.
Rules
Gifters
Post your available games, the platform and method of delivery, rules for your giveaways (e.g. first-come first-serve, random draw, etc.), and any additional info or requirements. Feel free to get creative!
Giftees
Request giveaways. Please make sure you follow the gifter's posted guidelines.
Guidelines
Anyone can choose to be a gifter, giftee, or both! Giveaway rules are set by individual gifters, but there are handful of guidelines everyone should follow:
- No grey market keys! Only give away games from reputable sources. If you're not sure what this means, please ask.
- Requests for games should be done in this topic, but if the gift is a key, those should be delivered by PMs only. Please don't post keys publicly in this topic, even obfuscated ones.
Welcome to Tildes! - A Big Bundle Raffle(Now Finished)Platform: Steam (all gifts delivered as keys)
Method: Raffle
Timeframe: The raffle will close 3 days after the time of this posting. I will draw and notify the winners on Monday, July 3, sometime during my afternoon.
Intro: In honor of all of the new users here, I am doing my largest and most robust giveaway yet! I have assembled 21 different bundles of 5 games each. Each bundle is loosely focused on a theme, but I also tried to select games to give each pack a little bit of diversity.
Suspicion: For those of you who look at this and go "this is too good to be true", I totally get it. I'm some random internet nobody promising to give away 105 games. That's, as I think the kids would say, "sus af." Hopefully the long-timers here can speak to my giveaway character and assuage your fears. You can also check previous threads to assess my credibility. I promise I'm doing this in earnest!
Sources: All games are from above-board sources -- mostly Humble and Fanatical. I buy a lot of bundles in part for myself but also because I like having extra keys that I can give away to friends and internet strangers!
Caveat: I keep track of all my extra keys in a big spreadsheet. I'm pretty good about not making mistakes, but occasionally a key won't activate because I either messed up my bookkeeping, or there are region-lock issues I didn't know about. If this happens to you, I am very sorry! It's very rare, but it does happen occasionally.
Extras: You might be wondering what if I already own games in the bundle I want? or what if there's a game I don't want in the bundle I win? No problem! If you win, you'll have some keys to give away to friends or maybe to random internet strangers in your own giveaway, right here in this very topic? 😁
Entries: Comment on this post to enter the raffle. Below this is a copy/pastable entry template. Please use it to keep things clean! Any entries that don't follow the correct formatting will be discarded (but no worries, if I see something isn't right, I'll try to help you fix it first!)
Your entry must have three parts:
Please choose the one bundle you would like to put your raffle ticket in for. I realize this will likely be a tough choice, but several tickets multiplied by potentially hundreds of users entering would be an absolute nightmare for me to manage when I go to pull the winners. Thus, I'm limiting everyone to a simple one entry. Choose wisely!
Please choose a "hope game" from the bundle you chose. This is the game you are most excited about playing if you win the bundle you entered for.
Please choose a "hype game" from any bundle. This is any game from any bundle that you want to hype up for others -- especially the bundle's potential winner. Talk about how you loved the game or what makes it great.
Example Entry
Raffle Choice:
9. Grab Bag 1
Hope Game: PlateUp!
My husband and I loved Overcooked, and this looks like a similar co-op game about managing a restaurant. If I win I'd love to play it with him!
Hype Game: Celeste from
13. Modern Classics
This is one of my favorite games of all time. A challenging-yet-fair platformer with an absolutely incredible soundtrack. Movement is satisfying, and the story hits some unexpectedly resonant notes. I also love that it's a game with a canonically trans lead character!
Entry Template
Bundles
1. Beauty
Games are art -- don't @ me!
2. Blackwell
Some games I play and forget about shortly after they're done; sme games stay with me for a long time. These games are those: I finished this series nearly a decade ago, and it has remained with me ever since. Superb point-and-click adventures with two lovable and memorable leads.
3. Boomer Shooter
Get off my lawn... and into some retro FPS games! I'm actually not a huge boomer shooter fan myself (despite growing up with them) but AMID EVIL really impressed me.
4. Bright
Sick of gritty grays and browns? Try these games that aren't afraid to use some color!
5. Cute
Either cute graphics, cute gameplay, or both. The Last Campfire plays wonderfully on the Deck.
6. Experimental
Games that tried to do something a little different than the norm. FAR: Lone Sails plays great on the Deck.
7. Fallout
Ever wonder what the fuss is about with that whole Fallout series people won't stop talking about? Now's your chance to find out first-hand!
8. FPS
PAYBPM ISLANDBORN: LAST LIGHT 2 REDUX DEFINITIVE EDITION
9. Grab Bag 1
A batch of assorted games with no real theme. Get in the Car Loser is a lesbian road trip RPG, on the off chance that speaks to you.
10. Grab Bag 2
A second batch of assorted games with no real theme. Save Room is surprisingly great.
11. Hordes
There are hordes of enemies. You can make it so that there are not hordes of enemies. Also, I know that what follows is heresy, but I'm allowed to blaspheme in my own giveaways: I had more fun with Nomad Survival than I did with Vampire Survivors.
12. Management
Features two different series: one where you manage emergency calls, and one where you manage a restaurant. Not exactly traditional management games, but still fun!
13. Modern Classics
Unlucky number 13! This is the flagship bundle up for raffle, full of games that are likely to stand the test of time for years (maybe decades) to come. Supraland is the most fun I've had with a game in a long, long time. I don't know if the sequel quite counts as a modern classic, but it felt wrong for me to separate them, so the winner will get both!14. Platformer
Pack it up, pack it in, let me
begingive you games! Splasher is a legit hidden gem and one of my favorites.15. Racing
Vroom vroom! This one is great for kids (or adults who like to relive a little bit of childhood).
16. RPG
The perfect bundle to get you caught up on Baldur's Gate before 3 releases. That is, if you don't spend all of your time on Pathfinder first!
17. Shoot Stuff
Shoot. Stuff.
18. Spooky
I don't like creepy stuff much, so I'm happy to hand these over to someone who does! I haven't played any of them myself.
19. Story
For those that like a story to chew on. Murder by Numbers is a narrative-driven picross game!
20. Throwback
Some blasts from the past! You might be wondering why Homefront: The Revolution is in this bundle, and it's because the game actually has Timesplitters 2 inside of it!
21. VR
Hi there fellow VR enthusiast! Pistol Whip is a ridiculous amount of fun.
Announcing the Winners
All entries have been tallied, and I rolled a die for each contested raffle to determine the winner. Congrats to all! Lucky winners, I'll be PMing you your game keys shortly after making this post.
Also, because some of the bundles went unclaimed, be on the lookout for a remixed second round giveaway from me soon! If I'd have known the number of entries to expect, I would have let people enter more than one raffle. With all the new users here I genuinely wasn't sure if I was going to get deluged with hundreds of comments.

I don't know if it translates correctly, but I'll definitely be "giving to others" in a near future :)
That's a nice selection! (I've got basically all the games I'm interested in already) but major props for this!

Raffle Choice: 16. RPG.
Hope Game: Baldur’s Gate
I mainly play JRPGs, so I’ve always been curious to try out a W(Or Classic)RPG, and I hear Baldur’s Gate is one of the better ones, would be a new experience.
Hype Game: Celeste from 13. Modern Classics
Of all the games on this giveaway I’ve only played this one…
It’s a fun skill based platformer. It’s difficult, but fair. Any failed attempt, you get to retry a few seconds later, and if you ever finish the game and you decide you want more, there are B-Side and other content(which I myself didn’t do, lol), so even if you reach the end, that’s only part of the game. The feeling of going through rooms as fast as you can makes you feel like a badass, it’s a nice feeling to nail a room on the first try.
Raffle Choice:
3. Boomer Shooter
Hope Game: Quake II
Do I even need to explain? A total classic that I only ever pirated haha
Hype Game: Clustertruck from
14. Platformer
A really whacky game about jumping over trucks. Loads of insane powerups and hours of gameplay from trying to get good times! Pretty sure you can get custom levels too, although I never tried that.
I ended up winning this bundle but already own Quake II---would you be interested in it? I could PM you the code if so.
That would be so cool! Thank you!!
edit: sent and worked!! huge credit to u/lily :)
Raffle Choice:
7. Fallout
Hope Game: Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game
For the last five years or so, I've been knocking out old game series here and there. I've had an entire Fallout series play through on my list ever since I finished playing through the entire Elder Scrolls series. Playing through these old iconic series is both a relaxing homage to times long gone and some of the games hold up quite well, hoping that's the case with the early Fallout titles as well because I've actually never played 1 & 2.
Hype Game: Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition from
16. RPG
Both of these games are amazing RPGs that still hold up quite well today. I played through this series over the course of ~1.5 years, one late Friday evening at a time. It's a big undertaking, but it's really cool to look back upon what ends up being a ~300-400 hour journey across the two games. I think if you like RPGs (especially isometric ones) and have never played this, you owe it to yourself to check out one the classics.
Raffle Choice:
6. Experimental
Hope Game: Golden Light.
I'm not typically one for horror games, but this one looks so weird that I have to play it!
Hype Game: Hypnospace Outlaw from
4. Bright
This game was such a fun trip down memory lane to an alternate universe of geocities-styled webpages. There is so much put in to the world building of this game that just has to be experienced, especially if you grew up in the early internet days.
Raffle Choice: 13. Modern Classics
Hope Game: Supraland
Hype Game: 7: Fallout New Vegas - old game, but if you haven't played it, it is excellent. I played it the first time ~10 years ago and the music still sticks with me.
Raffle Choice:
9. Grab Bag 1
Hope Game: Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion
I think the title is what really sells it for me, but the gameplay also looks pretty fun and right up my alley.
Hype Game: Control Ultimate Edition from
#13. Modern Classics
For a while I was really obsessed with the SCP wiki, and this game executed that theme incredibly well with its own incredible lore and entertaining gameplay.
Raffle Choice:
6. Experimental
Hope Game: Alt-Frequencies
This one looks like it'd have a story that'd really interest me. I love mystery stuff like what this looks like, and really want to give this one a try.
Hype Game: Cook, Serve, Delicious! from
12. Management
Picked this up + it's sequels when they went on sale from the release of the fourth game, and wow is this fun. I once described it as feeling a lot like what I'd imagine using
vim
to be like, and I stand by it — the controls are surprisingly good, and it is incredibly satisfying to pull off a long series of perfect orders. Rush hours are also a great mechanic to help the game pace itself, and the spam emails provide some nice flavor text and comedy to boot.Raffle Choice:
5. Cute
Hope Game: [Kitaria Fables]
My answer is actually so amazingly close to @CannibalisticApple it's scary :) **Edited answer: aside from the fantastically cute art, reviewers have mentioned it's an RPG like Zelda, but also Stawdew and Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing. That checks all of my boxes and I always wished StarDewValley had a different kind of story: a full on rpg might be just the thing I have been hankering for!!
Honestly all the games in this pack look mega cute.
Hype Game: [Moonlighter] from Grab Bag #2
Another plug: I really enjoy the sound track of this game. It's a good mix between peaceful times and battle moments. The boss battle music in particular are great for driving.
Also, [Turnip Boy commits Tax Evasion] - the humour is really fun in that it's a mix of cute puns and silliness without being too self aware that it becomes annoying. Short game though :) for those who aren't looking for the next 200hr time sink
Thanks for the Blackwell tip! I've played other Wadjet Eye Games games before, and they were great.
(I don't want to join the raffle, but thanks for your entry)
Important: There are less than 24 hours before the raffle closes! If you haven't entered and you want to, do so ASAP!
shh don’t tell anyone it’s a secret but some bundles still have no entries so you have a high likelihood of winning if you choose one of them
Raffle Choice:
#16. RPG
Hope Game: Baldur's Gate
RPGs are one of the things that I grew up with, mainly on the PS2. So, I wouldn't have been able to play this game when it first came out, because it was only on the PC at the time. And I had heard only good things about this series. And RPGs are one of the things that I like to play the most of. And RPGs tend to have some great pay offs towards the end of the game, which makes me come back for more.
Hype Game: Fallout New Vegas from
#7. Fallout
Arguably the best modern Fallout game out there. It mostly comes down to the writing that was put in to it. And it does expand upon on what had happened after Fallout 2, because unlike 3 and 4, New Vegas takes place on the West Coast. And if you don't like Mathew Perry (I mean, he is really hate-able), you can kill his character in horrible, horrible ways. As for the exploration part of the game, there are some things that I did not find on my first play through, and throughout my other play throughs, I keep finding things that is really fun.
And because Obsidian had only worked on it for 18 months (thanks Bethesda), there is many, many game breaking bugs, some funny, some not so funny. Just learn how to mod the game properly to get the community fixes working. The YouTuber Gopher has a great video series on how to mod the game properly. And as always play vanilla for the first time through.
Edit: Added the correct formatting
Raffle Choice:
13. [Modern Classics]
Hope Game: [Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice]
[I've really wanted to play this game for a while! I when it came out it was maybe only on Xbox? I play mostly PC now, but for whatever reason I haven't picked it up. The concept of being in the head and experiencing Senua's thoughts, whether real or not, is such a cool concept and I'm excited to see the execution!]
Hype Game: [Moonlighter] from
10. [Grab Bag 2]
[This is a really cool game where you run a shop and "moonlight" as a dungeon delver at night to get the goods for said shop! It plays around with inventory, economy and of course dungeon action, all the while building up your town and business.]
Raffle Choice: 5. Cute
Hope Game: Calico
I enjoy cozy games, and Calico's been on my list for a while! Just managing a cat cafe, and enjoying the days. (Honestly I've checked out all the games on that bundle except Staxel (I own My Time at Portia on the Switch already), so yeah, I like this bundle a lot.)
Hype Game: Moonlighter from Grab Bag #2
I've played it on Switch, and it's one of my low-key favorites. The combat is simple, and the gameplay loop of going into dungeons to get items and then setting prices in the shop while accounting for supply and demand is simple but effective. It's able to let me fall into a bit of a rhythm, and keep me playing for hours on end.
Raffle Choice:
13. Modern Classics
Hope Game: Celeste
I have heard a lot of good things about this game from friends but I never got around to playing it! I tend to like these type of games and the Lena Raine's soundtrack is amazing.
Hype Game: Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion from
9. Grab Bag 1
While it is by no means the longest game it has really cute graphics and the overall concept is great! I found it quite funny and really well executed, and it really sticks out as a unique title to me.
This is super cool!
Raffle entry: 16
I've never played the bauldurs gate games before, with all the hype these ays I would love to be able to!
Hype: I honestly haven't played most of the things on the lists, but if you've never played Fallout New Vegas, I would highly recommend it!
Raffle Choice:
5. Cute
Hope Game: Staxel
This was a tough call... this is a great selection. but this is for my daughter. My 9yo son has been borrowing my steam deck and beat his first game ever to credits! (he mostly plays minecraft) Portal 1. He's played some of portal 2 and Braid, and i just grabbed Black mesa and HL2 for him....
.. but my 7yo daughter hasn't got really into many games besides Animal crossing, and this bundle looks perfect for her to try out some things and Staxel looks like a great blend with minecraft that maybe her brother will play too and play together. I'm sure all of these look cute to her though.
Hype Game: Fallout3 from
7. Fallout
I know, i Know, New Vegas... but! They're both worth playing, so play fallout 3 first if you haven't. Can't concieve of anyone who has played 3 and not new vegas. The amount of things you can do, the dialog, the story the music!
You can get lost in options and different builds. Perfect mix of shooter/RPG
Raffle Choice:
14. [Platformer]
Hope Game: [Giana Sisters]
This looks like a seriously fun game.
Hype Game: [Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice] from
13. [Modern classics]
This would have been my bundle of choosing, if I didn't had 3 out of them. Hellblade is such a joy to play. You not only learn about northern folklore, but also experience a glimpse of what it would feel like to have voices in your head (Bonus points: the makers worked closely with people suffering from psychosis to make it more realistic).
This was also the first game i gifted to my sister whom just started getting into gaming. She loved it so much that she even writes her bachelor thesis about it (depiction of mental illness in literature and games).
Fun fact about Celeste: the maker of celeste unknowingly incorporated many aspects of being trans into the game, before later realising that they were trans themselves.
Raffle Choice:
21. VR
Hope Game: Dragon Fist: VR Kung Fu
I used to practice karate (no longer, I diverted my focus to iaido), but I still have sometimes the itch to hit someone with my fists in a structured manner. Hopefully this can satisfy this. There's an interesting Steam review comparing it to Thrill of the Fight (which I also own); it seems Dragon Fist strikes (pun non intended) a pretty good balance between game and simulation. And the kung-fu (maybe wuxia) veneer can also somewhat explain the lack of real haptic feedback.
Hype Game: Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition AND Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition from
16. RPG
So those game (and in particular BG2) were an integral part of my childhood an even of my internet presence, as one of the first message board I joined were related to Baldur's Gate.
One particular aspect of those games is they relative ease of modding (on which Bioware would double down later on with Neverwinter Nigts -- NWN being a kind of mediocre RPG built on a fantastically easy to use adventure editor). Very early on they were not only quality of life mod (such as skipping the first dungeon of BG2 and going straight to the open-world), but also new classes (well, "kits"rather), new party members and additional quests. To this day, there's a thriving modding community and there's no shortage of mods on Nexus Mods or on Gibberlings3 (one of the oldest Infinity Engine modding group).
One notable mod is "Ascension", a complete rework of the last chapters of Throne of Bhaal (the expansion to BG2). It is particularly interesting in that David Gaider himself (designer for BG2 and its expansion, and lead writer for Bioware until 2016 -- he's the one who wrote HK-47 in KotoR !) took part in making this mod.
Raffle Choice:
13. Modern Classics
Hope Game: Control
I love Remedy's games, Max Payne 1&2 were huge childhood titles for me and Alan wake blew me away on 360, I'd love to continue playing their more current games. I actually picked up Control briefly near the end of my Game Pass subscription and found myself loving it for the few hours I played, it was well written, charming, funny and I loved all the documents and videos you can find lying around. however my sub lapsed, my budget didn't have room for the game and I've since moved to Linux so haven't had chance to play it since.
Hype Game: This War of Mine: Complete Edition from
10. Grab Bag 2
This is a beautifully written, respectful and heartbreaking game that really proved to me that games don't need to be 'fun' in order to be compelling, incredible experiences. Trying to keep people together and alive, in the middle of a war zone feels all too poignant these days and even when I played it, it brought me to tears. If you're looking for something emotional but serious, give your time to this game.
Raffle Choice:
1. [Beauty]
Hope Game: [Black Book]
[I really like the art style and theme of Black Book. I've played a few turn based tactic card games and get really into them! I especially like the dark atmosphere and creepy mythical beasts.]
Hype Game: [Hypnospace Outlaw] from
4. [Bright]
[If you've heard of this game before, you've probably heard the hype about it and it deserves it. This game has memorable visuals and music that I still listen to consistently. This game gave me a wave of nostalgia for what the internet used to be. If that isn't enough to convince you, this game has so much lore for story lovers, unique and different "puzzles" than other games and will evoke conspiracies and mysteries if you're thirsting for that too!]
Raffle Choice:
1. Beauty
Hope Game: Black Book
This looks like a charming game, and I enjoy learning about Slavic folklore. My husband loves RPGs as well, so this would get a lot of use between the both of us.
Hype Game: Spiritfarer from
1. Beauty
Spiritfarer is truly one of the most beautiful games I've ever played, both visually and narratively. Since it comes in the same bundle, I would be happily giving it away to someone else.
Raffle Choice:
3. Boomer Shooter
Hope Game: DOOM 64
I've always loved the DOOM games but have never played this one, despite hearing a lot about it, so I'd love to finally give it a try.
Hype Game: Clustertruck from
14. Platformer
This game can sometimes be a little janky, but it's lots of fun to play and especially speedrun. The concept is very silly but works surprisingly well.
Raffle Choice:
16. Rpg
Hope Game: Baldur's gate II
I'm a huge fan of rpg's in general and my buddy and I have been talking about picking this up to run through together.
Hype Game: fallout new Vagas from
7. Fallout
Hands down quintessential fps rpg. Nothing else has even come close. Amazing difficulty, no auto scaling mobs so you feel powerful once you can finally kill a death claw, great story and even better side quests filled with interesting and emergent game play. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes fps or rpg gans.
Raffle Choice:
7. Fallout
Hope Game: Fallout: New Vegas
Man I've heard so much about this one... There's just something about Fallout that always eluded me, but it is a franchise that I've always heard of and secretly always kept in the backlog waiting for its turn. Well I guess this is it.
I want to mod the shit out of some Fallout.
Hype Game: For the King from
9. Grab Bag 1
I was going to say Celeste but the example one got it already. Instead I'm going for one that's probably not getting much love. I got For the King in the Epic Store giveaway and I had a wonderful experience with it. I tried it coop mode with two friends and we had a blast. I think it's a simple, straight to the point, yet great intro game for turn based RPG games for those board game lovers such as myself. This game paired with discord makes for a great fun adventure game with some friend. Recommended.
Raffle entry: 16, RPG bundle
Hope Game: Baulder's Gate II, Enhanced Edition. My PC just bricked itself and it's not looking good. It may be some time before I can get new parts and rebuild it. In the meantime, I'm using an old laptop and have an itch to play an old-school CRPG. I really enjoyed the Pillars of Eternity series and some of the later 2000s era Bioware games so am very curious to delve into this classic title. I am especially interested in the world-building and writing, soundtrack and am curious whether it also has the lack of hand-holding that features in other old-school RPGs (for example, requiring pen and paper notes).
Hype Game: None, sadly, because I have not played a single game from any of these bundles!
Best of luck all, and many thanks of course thanks to kfwyre.
Raffle Choice:
10. Grab Bag 2
Hope Game: This War of Mine: Complete Edition
I've been hearing about this game since.. well 2016 or so and have been wanting to try it but never had the chance. The graphics are stunning, the gameplay and dialogs look heart wrenching. Looks so immersive !
Hype Game: PAYDAY 2 from
8. FPS
For me, Payday 2 is a must play. It is so fun, there are so many diverse missions and the game is even better when working with online friends. You decide on how you want to accomplish your missions (read here: how loud you want to be), the graphics are still very good for a 2012 game. Enjoy !
I've selected a random dollar amount between $30 and $60. Whomever makes the closest guess (tie-breaking by whichever post was first) will get any game or games whos total cost in USD sum to the random amount (or less).
Verification hash:
f28e375b48edfaf6921120bec93c8179
- this hash can be used to verify that I have not arbitrarily selected a winner as it contains the dollar amount inside, but can not be easily reversed to give away the answer.I will pick a winner on July 1st @ midnight pacific time.
tl;dr: Post a dollar amount (cents included!) between $30 and $60, making sure you aren't repeating a guess!
$51.17
Winner winner, chicken dinner
md5("this is a salt! - $52.93") == "f28e375b48edfaf6921120bec93c8179"
You can DM your request(s).
Oh wow, thanks! This was a nice surprise to wake up to. I’ll send a DM.
To the lucky winner, please do not ask for games on some weird, obscure, or shady store. Steam, GOG, really and major online game storefront where games can be gifted is okay with me.
This seems fun! I'll go with $40.01
$46.58, I really like the concept of this!
$37.25
Seems like a random, but fun way to do it.
54.78!
59.99 would be my guess
47.5
This is really fun, I like the gamification here.
I'll play the number $33.34
$35.55
This is fun!
What a fun way to do a giveaway haha
My guess would be 49.77
Giveaway - Prey on gog.comKey claimed! The key is from Amazon Prime Gaming, I don't have Gog (or interest in Prey). Redeem expiration day is August 23, 2023.I guess just let me know if you want it! First come first serve :)This would be the relatively recent Arkane Prey?
I'm a bit easily spooked by even just horror-ish-adjacent stuff but I've been a fan of a lot of Arkane stuff most specifically Dishonored which is Arkane Lyon studio, not Austin like Prey. For these contrasting reasons, I've sat on the fence about purchasing this game despite hearing a lot of good about it over the years.
So basically I'm interested but I'm not sure how it would go for me. If you only want to give it to an emphatically certain "yes, I'm quite sure I will love this game!" response, then I would understand, but on the other hand your post is 5h old and surprisingly nobody else replied yet, so maybe I'm all you're gonna find on this one?
Regardless of outcome, thank you for your generous contribution to the thread.
EDIT: Minithra gave me the key - thank you very much for your kindness and generosity @Minithra
Prey is suspenseful, and there's some startling moments due to one of the common enemy's ability to hide in the scenery. It's not horror, though. If you liked Dishonored it should be fine.
Same, I can't play the Thief games, too tense for me, but Prey was great (and so are the Dishonoreds).
I have to do something like this too. I have like a million games on Humble Bundle that I haven't activated and probably never will... I have to compile a list first, which will be time consuming as hell! I'm not prepared right now to enter the giveaway (as a giver).
Take your time! This thread usually stays active for about a week or so, but there's nothing stopping it from living longer, especially if people are still adding new givewaways.
Also, it does take a while to compile everything, but for me that's part of the fun! I was so excited going through all my stuff trying to figure out what to give away and how to do it.
Giveaway - first come first serve. All games come from Humble and will be delivered via their gift links, please comment which game you would like. I'll check back each evening, PM the winners, and update the list.

Raffle, Round 2(Now Finished)Platform: Steam (all gifts delivered as keys)
Method: Raffle
Timeframe: The raffle will close 3 days after the time of this posting. I will draw and notify the winners on Thursday, July 6, sometime during my afternoon.
Some games went unclaimed from my previous raffle, so we're doing a second round!
No bundles this time. All unclaimed games have gone into a list, and everyone has ten tickets to spend.
You can spend your 10 tickets on 10 different games or, if you want, stack them up on just a few games (or just one, if you really want to up your chances!).
Also, this is open to everyone, including people who won games in the previous raffle.
Entries: Comment on this post to enter the raffle. In order to enter, simply list the numbers for your 10 desired games in ascending order, separating them by spaces.
Also, if you are putting multiple tickets in for a single game, please repeat that number in your list.
Also, do NOT list the game title for each one -- just the number.
Please make those numbers the first line of your comment. You don't have to write anything else to enter, but if you want to add anything else, feel free. I'm currently on an emulation kick, so if you have any retro games you'd recommend I try out or revisit (on any console), feel free to give me a recommendation!

Also, there will be no round 3. All unclaimed games will get given away elsewhere. Big thanks to everyone who participated in my giveaways. They are a lot of fun for me to do!

thanks a lot again.
I didn't win anything but thanks for doing this massive giveaway, I'm sure you made tens of people happy!
I didn’t realize that, but you’re right. I’d be happy to give those to you. Do you want any of the other unclaimed ones as well?
Thank you for your generosity :D
I didn't really expect this to happen, but now what you mention it, Necrosmith and Payday 2 look fine as well. I hope I am not asking for too much!
Not too much at all! I feel bad you didn’t win. For a moment I was worried I forgot to count your entries in the raffle, but I double checked my spreadsheet and you just got really unlucky with the rolls. If Fortune won’t smile on you though, I’m happy to do so myself! The games are yours!
I’m away from my computer right now and won’t be able to send over the keys until tonight or possibly even tomorrow. Nevertheless, they’re reserved and locked in for you. Consider yourself a winner now!
Announcement: Last call for entries! I'll be pulling the raffle winners a few hours from now. There are still some games that don't have ANY entries and should be easy wins if you want them!

I threw Quake 4 in there since it would be nice to round out my collection.
You asked for suggestions of games to emulate, so I'll take the opportunity to shill MOTHER 3 if you haven't played it yet. It's not really "retro", but it's close enough. I only played it recently, but it's become one of my all-time favorites.

I'm such a nerd for these Ace Attorney mashups. The Going Under is actually just for giggles as I have seen it on the rounds a couple times and I like action combat stuff too, lol.
Nevermind, I realized that enhanced edition is the one I already have, the OG. It's the remake I'm probably going to pick up.
I've got most everything here, but I do really want system shock enhanced edition.I’m playing the remake right now! It’s good. I wish I had that one to give!

If you like rythem games at all I recommend you check out Frequency on the ps2. It was actually the first major video game made by Harmonix (of guitar hero fame!) Also thank you again for all the giveaways!!

I really enjoyed 911 operator and I'd love to try 112 operator! Thanks again!
I already owned two of the games I won in @kfwyre's giveaway, so I decided I might as well pay it forward. I have codes for
DOOM II(claimed) and Quake II if anyone is interested. First come, first serve.May I have DOOM II? Thanks.
Could I get Quake?
It was just pointed out to me that the other person who entered for the
3. Boomer Shooter
bundle had Quake II as their Hope Game, so I might give it to them instead, if that's alright with you. That’s fine by me. No worries :)
I have an old key lying around from Indiegala for Taimumari. But despite my capabilities to hold my own quite well in PvP shooters, I suck at platformers. (Insert laugh track~)So in this case, I'd like to give the community the opportunity to win it, in exchange for their opinions on kemonomimi and why they are the best. Have at it! ;)I will pick a random user from the replies that provide their opinion sometime on July the 5th. Good luck!Edit: Won below, thanks! :)
Oh man I'd like to give that a try: chip tune, waifus with kemonomimi, retro sidescroll platform with platforms and secrets.
:) Kemonomimi are the best for many reasons. Aside from the obvious soft fluffiness*, my second favourite reason is that they're an emotional marker so you can tell when they're truely happy or when they need a pat and some snuggles.
Congrats you've won! I can do it via gift link to you, if you'll be so kind as to PM me your email addy.
And I absolutely agree about the emotions thing~ So adorable! :D
I won a bundle with a game I already had (and very much loved,) so I get to give away the Steam key for Spiritfarer: Farewell Edition to someone else! First come, first serve, just reply to my comment. If nobody else is interested, this game has been on my radar for a while and I’ve been meaning to pick it up.
Sent you a PM with the steam key. :)
Thanks so much!
Thanks!
As far as I'm aware that is sadly impossible
You cannot transfer games from your steam account - once they're added they're yours and there forever.
Selling/trading steam accounts themselves is against the EULA, but it's one of those things that happens (high chance of getting banned from valve and the account being gone)
Edited: oops, sorry! Moved under comment. See here
You posted this as a reply to the whole topic instead of my specific giveaway thread.
Can you repost it as a reply there and delete this one? I don’t want your entry to get lost when I tally everything for the raffle.
raises hand
I was still too burned out from 3 when New Vegas launched and had no interest... and after that it was mostly just me feeling like it was overhyped and overpraised and it would be a disappointment... so I haven't played it.
If you played 1 or 2, do it. It's the play style of 3 with everything 1 and 2 that made them the best.
I played 3 after prepurchasing it, after the decade+ wait for it... and I was so very disappointed. Actually my SO bought NV for me over a year later, and I refused to touch it until we went on vacation and it worked on my Surface Pro 3 (aka my travel crappy computer). He failed to mention it was done by the original folks, and it rocketed (like a red gas station) to my #1 best FO game ever.
