    I have a few, mostly curry related: MSG - goes great with everything Chilli powder - another universal spice, great for adding heat to a dish without changing its flavor too much Paprika - great...

    I have a few, mostly curry related:

    • MSG - goes great with everything
    • Chilli powder - another universal spice, great for adding heat to a dish without changing its flavor too much
    • Paprika - great for chilli con carne and some curry recipes
    • Cumin - another good one for curry
    • Turmeric - did i mention curry yet?
    • Thyme - goes great with fresh parsley in soups and other more western dishes
    • Salt, black pepper and white pepper - the staples :D
