    I grew up in the Midwest. I enjoy Taco Johns as much as anyone but they should lose this case not because they're a smaller corporation but because "Taco Tuesday" is a pretty common event/phrase...

I enjoy Taco Johns as much as anyone but they should lose this case not because they're a smaller corporation but because "Taco Tuesday" is a pretty common event/phrase in many dining settings. My school cafeteria had a Taco Tuesday, for example. Not many people associate it with Taco Johns.

    From Eden and Take 5 are both in 5/4 time signature. It feels asymmetrical because the beats are grouped 3 + 2 in every measure. Your brain usually expects to hear groups of 2, 3, or 4 repeating....
