Kind of like a gym/health club. Although I imagine the insurance for such a place may be prohibitively expensive, but I can dream!

I ended up going with these headphones paired with this mic. Set up is just plugging the mic into the set and it works. If you shop around a bit you should be able to find deals. My total cost was about 60€. I'm very happy with it and I think I would have to spend considerably more see to improved results. They are open back which is great for me but I know would be a deal breaker for others. Sorry I can't help with the working set. Good luck with the search and I hope that helped.
Oh, one more thing. The biggest tip I'd give is to stay away from most "gaming" headsets. With a few exceptions they often have a horrible mark up for what you're actually getting. Buying high quality studio headphones and a separate mic will almost always get you a much better set for far cheaper. My buddy used mine and liked it much more than his gaming set which was about triple the price. Message me if I can be of any further help!

I know it's a unlikely but in case you haven't seen it Futurama is fantastic. If you like Bob's Burgers and Rick & Morty it'll probably be to your taste.
