QuiteMad Turns out food will heat up faster if you place it closer to the edge, since microwaves bounce off the oven walls. QuiteMad I have a Baratza and also use Urnex Grindz. I would not use rice and I recommend against getting any water at all on the blade. The other parts that are plastic (lid, hopper basket, etc) just get a hand wash with dish soap, and I air dry them for like a day before reassembling.
