    I second the GeForce Now recommendation. It's not perfect because you can only run games it supports, but it works great. I have a library of games from various storefronts that I can boot up and play with ray tracing (on supported titles) while on my TV, laptop, or phone.

    Besides being limited to the GeForce now library of 1600+ games, the other downsides are that it's a subscription based service and if you have a data cap. It does have a free tier where you can try it out though and it works great for me.
