    It took a few weeks to get around to starting, but boy I'm sure glad I did! It's a SNES game I never got to play as a kid, we got ours second-hand at a market and for ages we only ever had the...

    It took a few weeks to get around to starting, but boy I'm sure glad I did! It's a SNES game I never got to play as a kid, we got ours second-hand at a market and for ages we only ever had the game it was bundled with (Super Mario All-Stars). Big lover of SNES RPGs though- I'm enjoying my no-spoilers and no-puzzle cheating playthrough, I've only looked up how to manage a certain gameplay mechanic:

    possible spoilers Capsule monsters! Once I saw you could feed them I knew that there's a good chance I'd stuff it up and waste a lot of time/items, so I looked up what to feed the first one. Question to anyone who knows- would it be fun to do the others spoiler-free or just a waste of time?
    In terms of set-up, I'm just using SNES9x via RetroArch and a Switch Pro controller because that makes it easier to stream to my TV if I want to.

    Also have to leave a few carrots for the reindeer, and some fresh green grass. Hunting for the green grass was a great way to keep the kids busy, as there's not a lot around in summer!

    I'm from regional Victoria, Australia. We'd usually leave Santa a beer and a cheese platter, he ate like a king at ours!

    I'm a fan of really strong mints (a holdover from my regrettable smoking days), and bonus if they don't come in a rattly tin. I especially like Fisherman's Friends. You have to go the original...

    I'm a fan of really strong mints (a holdover from my regrettable smoking days), and bonus if they don't come in a rattly tin. I especially like Fisherman's Friends. You have to go the original extra-strong though, it should feel like you're getting a minty kick in the mouth. You can also keep a packet of these in your pocket all day and they won't get soft and horrible.

    Even on the glaciers ... the melting ice is revealing spent and live ammunition left over from high mountain training which took place decades ago.
