Most days are somewhere in the middle and my thoughts...I have days where I think exactly how your post sounds and other days where I can mostly enjoy myself and plan for my future appropriately. Most days are somewhere in the middle and my thoughts could bounce back and forth based on that existential dread or that excitement for life seemingly instantaneously. What I’ve gathered from that is that this is just how I’m wired to think about my being and I either have to try to be okay with that or I can continue worrying about it.
Similarly , my answer to that last part is somewhere in between while trying to lean towards being okay with it.
Uniqlo’s AIRism undershirts. I’m someone that isn’t comfortable at home or in public without wearing an undershirt regardless of the attire. These specific shirts have lasted me over 10 years and I buy a few new ones each year to add to the collection.
They are so thin that they’re invisible to others but still feel like there’s a barrier between my skin and whatever shirt I’m wearing.
