    I have to agree with tinkerCAD as a beginner. Its easy enough to get a design off of thingiverse and print it, but designing my own - I had no idea how to even start. I looked at a lot of...

    I have to agree with tinkerCAD as a beginner. Its easy enough to get a design off of thingiverse and print it, but designing my own - I had no idea how to even start. I looked at a lot of suggestions and searched around on the web. I settled on tinkerCAD because its free and web based, and also has free tutorials to get you started. Once you are comfortable you can apply that to other programs if tinkerCAD doesnt work for what you are trying to make.
    My goal is to design miniatures and so far I think tinkerCAD will suit me for now anyways.
    Note I havent progressed too far due to time constraints but I am able to make simple designs and tools comfortably now. All from tinkerCAD tutorials. Youtube is your friend as well

    I find that one I get my focus, there is always something else that becomes more interesting. Although just posting and reading your replies is giving me more motivation to write.

    I try to give myself a daily goal when I wake up, but I think Im putting to much on myself because it makes me feel really bad when I cant hit my goals for the day

    Im a partsman for a motorcycle and atv dealership. Married with 2 kids.

    In my spare time I like to blog about true crime and I have a site on Medium where I post my stories. Im also learning cybersecurity and hope someday to make the move from my current career path to one in cybersecurity. It is a slow process. I believe I have undiagnosed ADHD and I have a lot of trouble keeling focus on things. Once I lose my focus and shift to another interest I find it incredibly hard to force myself to focus back on the original area.

    Chrono Trigger has to be one of my all time favorite games. I had it when it first came out and fell in love with the game. It was the first game I played that had multiple endings

    Ive been playing Dungeon. A classic from when I was a kid, reimagined with newer characters from the Dungeons and Dragins franchise. We were also playing Munchkin Quest, but havent picked that one...

    The only mushrooms I have ever hunted for is Pine mushrooms. They grow everywhere around here, and there are a lot of people that pick them to sell. Its a pretty good gig if you know what to look for
