My steam avatar has been laughing man for well over a decade for a reason and my heart will break if all we get is another "mindless action, no substance", "Kusanagi fights cyborgs and blows shit up every episode" series like we got in Arise. I know Kenji Kamiyama (GIT:SAC/2nd GIG/SSS) is involved so it should be great, but you never know. :(

Are they picking up the original series as well? Cause I'm going to feel like a dingus for getting Starz on the Black Friday deal just for that.
