I finished with Alex Robinson's BOP!: More Box Office Poison, which seems to be a collection of assorted stories that got left on the cutting room floor and didn't get aggregated into his main release of Box Office Poison. It was nice, nothing great, and probably done as a bit of afterthought to cash in on Box Office Poison's unexpected success. Still, it gave some more insight and texture into the characters, which I can appreciate.

I'm almost done with Isaac Asimov's Foundation. I'm liking it enough that I'm going to continue the series with the second one, but not until after I read two more graphic novels in between, as I'm trying to do two graphic novels for every print novel that I read. I've decided that one of the graphic novels will be Alison Bechdel's Are You My Mother?, and the other has yet to be selected (probably something lighter, as I expect Bechdel's book to be on the heavy side).

    Successes:

    • I should be ~450 pages into The Sot-Weed Factor by the end of the day. It's amusing and impressively woven.

    FAILURES:

    • I missed out on two days of reading because I was elsewhere, otherwise I imagine I'd be ~650 pages into the book by now and finished by Friday. No matter, not a huge setback.
