What programming/technical projects have you been working on?
This is a recurring post to discuss programming or other technical projects that we've been working on. Tell us about one of your recent projects, either at work or personal projects. What's interesting about it? Are you having trouble with anything?
I've finally tuned the ABS profile for my 3D printer to fix small details.
This wasn't technically difficult or challenging in any way, but it's something I've been meaning to fix for ages and honestly it's the only technical work I've really gotten a chance to do in far too long.
I recently got early-christmas gifted a Miniware ES15 though, so I'll probably be disassembling and reassembling a lot of things just for fun. I'm thinking about taking apart a dreamcast controller to see how the mechanical part of their magnetic joystick works. I made an arcade joystick not too long ago and I'm intregued by the idea of making a handheld controller because it will need me to develop some new skills that I don't have right now.
