What programming/technical projects have you been working on?
This is a recurring post to discuss programming or other technical projects that we've been working on. Tell us about one of your recent projects, either at work or personal projects. What's interesting about it? Are you having trouble with anything?
Continuing to work on gametje.com. I've got a new blog post talking a little bit about the development of my next game. It's a game I am mostly creating for my kids. It's a twist on hide and seek + memory. I am getting fairly close to pushing it to production for alpha testers but I am also tackling the upgrade to React 19 at the same time (probably should have done that separately). I need to make sure I don't break everything else first with that upgrade. Hopefully it will be playable in the next couple weeks.
In other news, I have been working with a UI/UX designer to improve the look of the main site. That will probably take a good chunk of my development time the next month or so to get that right. Really looking forward to finalizing that and sharing it.
