I just started to learn Rust (literally less than 24 hours ago), and I am really enjoying it so far, coming off of a long period of Java. The syntax is a little irritating, but things are actually more logically named and positioned than older languages, if that makes any sense. It would probably make a difficult first language for beginners, but I have found it incredibly refreshing with my small taste so far.
