This is neat. I guess I don't appreciate quite how frustrating it could be for an average user to parse something like phone number data and "normalize" it into consistent formatting and length etc. A herculean task for a poor HR manager, for example, even assuming they know how to use find + replace in a doc editor like Word or whatever.
I also think the ability to access data in APIs and apply formulas and algorithms is a huge win for those of the population who don't know how to write a small program in a scripting language. Especially as it ties into the larger picture of pulling API data + sorting/filtering it + sending it off to some other "database" to notify people + make available to others in your org + visualize in interesting and meaningful ways, etc.
I don't see it being satisfactory for any interesting or particularly meaningful problems, but it'll definitely improve a lot of monotonous processes out there for people that can't afford to hire a programmer or contract a solution.
