Because of the NSFW tag, I typed in "penis" into the search engine and got pictures of Matt Damon. Thanks OP for the funniest start to my morning.

(Tagged nsfw because it’s user generated content and I don’t think there’s any filter. I’ve seen some nudity. You could get anything on the front page.)

There's at least some filter, although I'm not sure what exactly. As @feigneddork said, "penis" = Matt Damon, "dick" gets sheep and grassland, "dickhead" comes back with Japanese soldiers, but "pussy", "vagina", and "sex" give zero results.

Penis = Matt Damon because the first prompt is someone trying to make a bald Matt Damon look like a literal dickhead.
Dick = sheep and grassland because of Phillip K. Dick and someone else using a prompt for an "Endless field of dicks at sunset going beyond the horizon, cinematic style, atmospheric" that just gave them a field.
Dickhead = Japanese soldiers because the prompt was "dickhead japanese soldier, 4 k" so it ignored dickhead and just returned Japanese soldiers.

So it's just searching the prompts from Stable Diffusion, so whatever they have censored there will be censored here. The results may or may not include nudity because the generators attempt not to do so, but people are creative and are constantly pushing it to try to get nudity. Nudity is also possible without specifically asking for it because the generators use existing imagery to create their images. So if you pick someone that is typically nude like a pornstar, has a lot of nude images associated with it (african woman, bbw), or has a lot of nude fan art you'll get nudity out of it.

After trying it out more, I think how it works is that explicit nudity is banned on the Discord but imperfectly enforced, and they are also doing some keyword filtering, either on Discord or in this search engine, which is somebody's weekend project. So the stuff that leaks through is where someone didn't explicitly prompt for nudity but it happens anyway. (I think "bathhouse" was one example.)

So it seems like there's not more nudity than you'd see in a museum, but I was being cautious since I didn't know what would randomly come up. Kind of an edge case for the nsfw tag?
