How Chicago solves its overheating problem

    More places need to do this sort of centralized cooling. Not to mention more green spaces. I live in a small city and you can really experience a change in temp during the heat of summer walking...

    More places need to do this sort of centralized cooling. Not to mention more green spaces. I live in a small city and you can really experience a change in temp during the heat of summer walking past small parks and housing plots that have trees in the yards. Then walk a block further and get blasted by radiant heat from sides of buildings where there's no shade in sight.
