    1. “Pickable” and “trivially bypassed” are two separate goals but some what co mingled. Obviously the creator is aware since he’s worried about Impression attacks.

    2. I kinda hate the animations/montages. I get it and they’re well done, but it’s just one more thing for me to skip so I can continue the narrative.

    3. So…. Is this design such that the lock CANNOT be unlocked if the key isn’t inside? Like maybe fine for a shackle but wouldn’t work for a door.

I have enjoyed a number of videos from Works By Design, and his video editing and animation skills rival the rest of his skills. What a joy!

Judging by comments it looks like he have a grudge with LPL, because he ignored him? Or is it just for drama... Anyway, video quality is super, but I can't shake the feeling that lock can be...

Anyway, video quality is super, but I can't shake the feeling that lock can be opened by shimming.

I can't find any "official" info on this, just a lot of comments (that aren't WBD) speculating and making assumptions. Might not even be a "grudge", just more of a "hey if LPL wasn't interested in...

I can't find any "official" info on this, just a lot of comments (that aren't WBD) speculating and making assumptions. Might not even be a "grudge", just more of a "hey if LPL wasn't interested in my last one, why would I waste my time sending him this new one I spent so much time and money on". I think comments tend to overdramatize every interaction between youtubers

and yeah, I'm curious to see what aspects of it he may have missed, maybe shimming is one of those! hopefully those that get a chance to spend time picking it have some cool findings
