Any time there's a storm during the day, our stand-up / huddle meetings always revolve around someone sharing this map and looking at how close the lightning is to each individual's location. Probably the most exciting meeting we have had was when the tech director dropped from the meeting and then there was one strike that seemed to be practically on top of his house. There was a lot of "oooooooh"s and then I got a slack message that his power was out, almost certainly due to that strike.
So I guess I associate this particular map with healthy work culture. It's a super cool service.
