A few years back a Vancouver company was making GOD HATES BAGS totes that were somewhat popular.
If the owner of EastWest is smart, he'll get into making funny totes. The bags themselves are super cheap, and screening isn't much more, especially for a single color print.
Are people bothered by it? I have a VANS tote with checkers and I don't have a car so I skate or bike to the store and love using my relevant reusable bag. And if I need 2 I just have a backup...

I guess people who don't like tote bags will need a humorous approach to sporting tote bags. Like a bag that says "My other bag is a manly duffel bag!" or "I'm a one trip grocery carrying kind of guy." etcetera
