    I love this analysis. But.... I paid over $7,000 a year for a smaller lot in a fairly unremarkable post WW2 home. I was in the Philadelphia suburbs, one of the less wealthier ones. No wonder...

    I paid over $7,000 a year for a smaller lot in a fairly unremarkable post WW2 home. I was in the Philadelphia suburbs, one of the less wealthier ones. No wonder there's a huge disconnect between urban and rural areas.
