    I was terrified that I'd be handcuffed to my condo as well. Many condos in my neighborhood had been sitting on the market for weeks/months. I was so fortunate my realtor found me a buyer before...

    I was terrified that I'd be handcuffed to my condo as well. Many condos in my neighborhood had been sitting on the market for weeks/months. I was so fortunate my realtor found me a buyer before even going on the market. Sold after a single showing, for a good price, with 0 days on market back in September. I don't know how I got so lucky.

    I've since moved up to a nice detached home. Life is good. But I feel for those who weren't so lucky.
