A video on how China's housing seem pretty detrimental to it's future growth in the medium-long term. While admittedly the fact that, with the exception of the gender claims (which are definitely the most scrutinizable claims by far, although he has provided his sources for people to check), nearly all of the things in this video aren't at all specific to China bothers me a lot. The main exception to is how can a homeownership rate of 90% be anything but unequivocally good, at least for the populace as a whole.
