That sounds wonderful. I love vegan chili. Do you mind sharing the recipe if you're able to get it?

I made a quiche for Mother's Day! It was my first ever quiche, and I tried following G Ramsay's recipe on YouTube. The pastry turned out bad unfortunately - after resting in my fridge all night it was hard as a rock and broke apart when I tried to roll it. My partner said I added too much flour, so next time I'll add less and see if that helps at all. I ended up going to a Wegmans and getting some pre-made pie crusts to use instead, which were delicious! Apart from the crust, everything went real smoothly; I used leeks and pancetta for the filling, and used 6 eggs and 1.5 cups each of whole milk and heavy cream for the custard. Cooked it in my 12 inch cast iron skillet, and it came out FANTASTIC! I got several compliments from my family, and surprised just about everyone with how it tasted :)
